1. Turn on the air pump switch, turn on the air source, pull up the manual air pressure switch on the left side of the console, and raise the cloth pressing roller.
2. Place the composite finished blanket under the cloth pressing roller, press the manual air pressure switch on the left side of the console, and the cloth pressing roller drops to press the blanket. Pay attention to put your hand on the outside of the cloth to avoid crushing your fingers.
3. Set the motor / manual switch on the console to the manual position, turn on the power supply, adjust the frequency converter knob on the left side of the console to adjust its value to about 18 --- 20Hz, and adjust the frequency converter knob on the right side of the console to adjust its value to about 2.45 --- 2.55hz. Adjust the light control on the conveyor frame to the corresponding electric blanket size.
4. Open the cabinet door under the console. There is a three-phase switch and a single-phase switch in it. Close the switch and the cloth cutter starts to operate.
5. Ensure that the flower print of the blanket material is parallel to the cloth pressing roller and the cutter slot. Pay attention to the running track of the blanket material. When the flower point runs to the cutting edge on the left side of the cutter slot, quickly turn the manual switch to the motorized position, and the cloth cutter starts to operate automatically.
6. The operator shall pay attention to the size of the cut blanket and the cutting position of the blanket at any time.
